Who We Are

As CEO of Alt Valley Community Trust, Phil has over 35 years’ experience as a community activist. In 2003, he established the Neighbourhood Services Company as a social business to augment employment opportunities for local people. He is regarded as an influential and significant contributor to community empowerment, and has served on several working parties to devise policy and strategic planning frameworks.

Danielle has worked for Alt Valley Community Trust since 1998 and she has managed a range of programmes including New Deal, Preparation for Work & Training, Making Business Work, Enterprise Hub, an Intermediate Labour Market Project as well as a number of Education contracts including apprenticeships, study programme 16-18’s and adult learner loan contracts.
