Over the last 7 years AVCT has been a partner on a European Erasmus project which sought solutions to the growing numbers of 16-19 year olds not in education, employment or training (NEET)
In October 2022 representatives from AVCT attended the final dissemination conference at Uppsala University, Sweden. It was so beneficial for us all to share good practice and learn from one another. Equally it was affirming to receive such complimentary feedback from our European partners who praised the innovative strategies and support for young people in our local communities.
The Youth Hub in Ellergreen and training programmes in the Communiversity were identified as notable examples of ensuring that the needs of every individual are met.
